It’s July. You need a way to stay cool. Have a strawberry mango smoothie!
Strawberry Mango Smoothie
Yield: 1-2 servings. How hungry ARE you?
1/2 c ice
1 c fresh strawberries (you know…frozen would work, too!)
1 mango, chopped (careful! Those suckers are slippery. Chop at your own risk)
1/2 c milk (I use rice milk. You could live on the edge and use ice cream or sorbet)
1 t vanilla (I like using double-strength)
2 T agave nectar
Combine all ingredients into a blender and let ‘er rip. Enjoy!
