Full disclosure: I don’t drink coffee, and I think their iced tea stinks, but I applaud Starbucks for their “Create Jobs for USA” campaign.
My mom recently sold a home, and in preparing her for her move, I was tasked with cleaning out the kitchen drawers. All of the “vintage” gadgets: the vegetable peelers, the graters, the jar openers were all made here in the USA. I’m tempted to do some research on the companies who are stamped on each item, as I am willing to bet few – if any – are still operational.
Can we follow Starbucks’ lead and do more to bring jobs back here?!
